  1. It is our top priority to make you happy and satisfy by purchasing furniture through our website.
    In any rare case where you want to return your item, we are more than happy to help you.
  2. For your satisfaction, we are offering 7 days money-back guarantee from the day you will receive your delivery.
  3. The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day of delivery.
  4. You will be charged £50 if you return the item without any manufacturing fault and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENTS

  1. If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
  2. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.
  3. Goods must be returned in the packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in the packaging can not be returned.
  4. Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
  5. If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £50 will be incurred.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

  1. We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact, we are so confident that we are offering a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
  2. In the very unlikely event, you wish to return an item, We can arrange a collection for you via our delivery team at a cost from £50 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively, you may organize to return the item yourself.
  3. Goods must be returned in the packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in the packaging can not be returned.
  4. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
  5. You can also arrange to return the furniture item on your own.

To make it clear, we hereby state that We will not arrange any collection in case of a return,
whether the return items are damaged or not from the following areas:
* The Channel Islands
*North of Aberdeen
*Northern Ireland
*Ireland and Isle of Wight

Customers from the above-mentioned areas have to arrange the return on their own expenses. We will not arrange deliveries.
Note: Important to note that the return items should be in the packaging. If you open and assembled them a return will not be accepted.
